Download the app for your system from the Download page, open it and sign in. Lumrec appears in the menu bar on macOS and the system tray on Windows and Ubuntu.

Click the Lumrec icon, choose Screen + camera, pick a source and press Start recording. Press the shortcut again to stop; the link is copied automatically.

Open the video, click Share and choose Anyone with the link or Workspace only. Changes apply to the existing link straight away.

After capturing, use the toolbar to add boxes, arrows, text or blur sensitive areas before sharing.

Go to Admin tools › Users, enter an email address, choose a role and send the invite.

Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording and allow Lumrec, then restart the app.

Admins can change plans from Admin tools › Billing. Cancelling keeps your videos; recording limits return to Starter.

In Workspace settings choose Import from Loom, sign in to Loom and pick the folders to bring across.
